Ben Aan summit

£10.00£90.00

I’ve been on Ben A’an a couple times prior and it’s one of these stunning wee mountains worth repeating!! This time I thought I’d try something different by ticking off the sub2000 Meall Gainmheich, parent peak of Ben A’an. The 3-hour circular walk passes by numerous peaks, including Ben A’an twice, so is a great extension from the popular route. The first shot here was taking near the end of the route (or start, depending the direction you take). From a distance, there were lots of very small people walking around and for obvious reasons, congregating around the main peak. If you zoom-in you’ll see people standing. In comparison to the higher peaks I passed, just thought Ben A’an was one of the least insignificant peaks. Due to the spirituality, the pyramidal peak, the positioning at the heart of the Trossachs and the views of Loch Katrine, it’s not surprising why everyone visits there.
